Nook's Cranny Strange Music

So im in Nook's Cranny right now, and it's playing weird music. I've heard it in real life ( I think) but never in any AC game. Its driving me crazy cause I cant figure out what it is. Is this new to ACCF? Has anyone hear it but me?

haha, i think it happened in both previous games too. it was always in the last 10 minutes before closing.
