Nookazon

As far as pure cataloging service goes, I prefer Nook Exchange over Nookazon primarily because Nook Exchange has a simpler/cleaner interface, it's easier to access the features I need (example: do I have this item already? and how many items do I have available to trade that exists on someone else's wishlist?) and Nook Exchange is noticeably way faster in terms of item search speed.

Trying to use a substring of an item in the search bar at Nookazon on average takes seconds (I've seen it go for 10 seconds+ before; I ain't got time for that) versus milliseconds on Nook Exchange! However, I love the concept (at Nookazon) of listing trades and having a listing response system, but honestly, what I've experienced is: most people just use the Discord to list and trade (which due to the sheer size of the userbase is overwhelmingly chaotic and too fast-paced for my liking... this is why I like Belltree so much! I've had way more successes and accomplishments using Belltree than any other large AC trading community (i.e. Nookazon, Reddit, etc.).

There is this one too!

It seems pretty friendly and cozy. The big difference between each other is that Nookazon allows you to trade villagers.

Bruh imma just commemorate you on how in depth this comment is.

Isn't that the site that a lot of people have been scammed on? ; v ;
Scamming can happen anywhere, I havent seen it yet. But I have been told in the rule book that it has happened.

Although I will say, I've never heard of Nook Exchange. And besides that fact, I've had much success with Nookazon, as confusing as it can be.

Only other thing I use is AC exchange for turnips. Never did Nookazon. Do they have a Nookazon Prime?

There are so many cataloguing/trading sites out there, it's hard to keep track of. For having wishlists, I personally prefer VillagerDB. I'm just not a fan of the layout of Nookazon.

That being said, I do like how you're able to easily contact people on Discord and leave and see offers. Having a rating system in place already makes it better than simply trading off the main AC:NH discord, where none is in place. Not sure about other private discords though.

i still think this is the best place for trading, prices are pretty sus on nookazon
Ngl I didnt even know there was a trading option here. It's a forum so I thought texting was all there is.

Doesnt change my mind tho.

Me having the gigantic thinking emoji when I saw Mushroom mats being sold for 100nmt per stack. 🤔
It be like that sometimes

I jus want some mush lamps without TTing too far. 😔
It really do be like that sometimes.
Yeah I get you tho. Sometimes people price **** waaay too high. Maybe you'd see it less on Nook Exchange, but theres always those few people who do it.
