when I'm on the train to work playing animal crossing people look at me funny.
my boyfriend touched my ds and trampled my gold roses and thought it was weird that i was annoyed?

why does no one understand ( :((

Very few people know i own a Ds and play animal crossing. only my closest friends know and i never take it to school because bringing a ds to a high school is just asking to be made fun of. Especially my preppy annoying high school :c

Playing video games is pretty much a death wish at my school, so I just have to keep my excitement to myself when a villager I wanted moves in or a new zelda game comes out or something it's really frustrating honestly ; u ;

im 19 years old and i used to play wild world when i was like 14 but never got into as much as im into new leaf now lol ive played for about two months and its true it soothes me and gives me somthing to like feel good about i love it especially if im lonely

honestly i think its the cutest thing for someone to play nintendo lol anybody who hates on anyone is just not kewl

What kind of school do you go to? Wow.

Luckily, one of my friends has ACNL and quite a few people show up in PSS for Pokemon XY. I saw a guy with a LOZ shirt and a different guy with a LOZ backpack. Sure, theres lots of people playing CoD, etc. etc.

Ugh, it's pretty much all elitist kids who think they're better than pretty much everyone on earth because they can play lacrosse and wear collared shirts it's painful. The only time I can get streetpasses is when I go to camp or head into the city, then I get like 10 every five minutes haha.

Eugh, that doesn't sound fun at all. At my school, I could probably be judged a little because I'm a girl, younger than everyone (I started this year, Freshman year, as a 13-year-old) and this school has the most "Mexican" Mexican-Americans than the other schools in my town (I'm Mexican-American as well but don't really seem like it).

I bring my ds to school all the time! I usually don't play it there, but I always get people on streetpass and people are generally pretty cool about it, or at least in my experience! Might have to do with the fact that i'm also in college ^-^

Yeeeah my friends think it's a childish game.
I don't care, though, I really enjoy it and since they've never even played it before I take it with a grain of salt.
If they gave it a try they'd probably enjoy it.
