Vesta costs 50 TBT, which is Bell Tree Forum Bells, which based on your profile, says you have 3. But you are missing something from my opening post.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood your original post. I was just confused because you state at first that Tier 3, 4, and 5 villagers are free, and when you listed the villagers, you had highlighted Tiers 1 and 2 in pink, and Vesta was not highlighted, but still cost 50 TBT. I just wanted to clarify whether the Tier 3, 4, and 5 villagers could still sometimes "cost" something, whether in-game or on the forum. Thanks for answering!
