It says I have no storage but I moved everything to warehouses so In game I have space and my phone has like 8 gigs free so what does this mean ?

Have you checked your inventory in that briefcase icon? You have most likely already reached the limit.

I moved everything to the warehouses so I don’t think that’s it or you mean limit for this item ? What does it do if that’s the case just expire ?

There's a certain item limit for how many things you can carry in your inventory at once. For example, some players may not be able to carry more than 498 items in the inventory at a time.
You can sell fish, bugs, fruits, and materials in your inventory in order to make room for more stuff, so you should be able to save your rustic essence if you do that.

Thanks yeah I just saw the option to sell the ones I needed to sell to make space to receive the mail thank you
Materials, such as essences— what is in your picture— sparkle stones, HHA material, reissue material, and crafting materials (cotton, etc) are capped at 999. Friend powder, flower seeds, and flower food are capped at 9999.
In addition to selling, you can use these materials towards sending Gulliver’s ships out. Previously you could sell crafting materials in the market box as well
