I'm having the same problem. I updated everything and my mailbox isn't full and I still haven't received anything. I feel like I get StreetPasses later than most NAs but this is abnormally late for me.

Yeah, I haven't gotten Steph from Leafy's Showcase home yet...I hope I'll be able to get the lamp and the house sometime soon.
EDIT: Okay, so I just got on at around 5 just now...and I don't have Pete anywhere in sight. Hmm...I wonder how this is going to work...

Exit the game (save and quit.)
Put wifi switch on.
Close 3DS so system goes into sleep mode.
Wait awhile until blue spot appears on AC icon.
Start up game, Pete should be there to hand you the letter.
If there's no blue spot, then the letter hasn't come yet.
If this doesn't work after a day or so of having wifi on and 3DS in sleep mode then maybe somehow your Spotpass thing got turned off either on the system or in the game. Or Nintendo is just being really slow at sending things out.

The Wi-Fi switch has always been on on my system, perhaps I need to adjust it? I'll try it out. About how long should I wait?

Well when I got mine, it was in sleep about 2 hours, but I don't know exactly at what point it got the download.
Maybe try flipping the switch off then on again might trigger it to wake up and get to work too, I don't know, worth a try though.

Okay, I'm going to try that method of switching off and back on the Wi-Fi switch...hopefully that might be the case! I don't know.
Edit: I just switched it off and back on, and I have a blue dot notification on the game! I hope this is it!

Aaah! That's it! Well, that just about says that resetting my Wi-Fi switch does something!
I ALSO (as some luck-added bonus or something!) got Steph from Leafy's Showcase house! Wow...I had no clue something as simple as switching the Wi-Fi switch off and back on could do that! I'll definitely keep it in mind, and thank you, nonobadkitty!

The only DLC we get here are orderable boring ones that everyone else has already had for months... so jealous of all the players who get the shaved ice lamps and pumpkin pies handed to them in game, meanwhile I'm stuck having to try and save for one at an absolute fortune because I've had only a couple of DLC handed in game and all of them are worth almost nothing XD
