no rock eggs…?

I can't seem to find any extra rocks in my town and so I can't seem to find any rock eggs? Is this normal? is there anything I can do?

I'm having the same problem, and I can't find any tree or ground eggs either

I had like 2 tree eggs but they fell onto QR tiles and disappeared. :….( but there are no rocks at all other than my normal ones (which I still tried to no avail)

I guess I'll try the reset trick but that's such a pain. I don't really have a good spot to place a 4th house.
