No new plot?!

So traded my Mitzi for Whitney today. I had 9 villagers and Mitzi was in boxes (but had already been taken) when I went to get Whitney and there were no problems with convincing her to move in. But now I've tt'd to the next day to reset her plot and after two resets she hasn't been there either time.

Has anyone had this happen before? I've always had invited villagers from other towns put down their plot the next day but does it push it back a day if a villager is moving out on the same day? If I tt ahead another day will she be there?

Don't worry! Sometimes it can take them a couple days to move in, I hear. Try TTing a couple days. :> I wouldn't expect anything bad to happen.

Actually, mine always set up plots the day after I talk to them. But sometimes they take a couple days~

I might try resetting a couple more times and if she still doesn't show up I'll tt another day
