i thought all i had to do was have 20 things donated, and at least one of each type. i have over 20 things, mostly fossils, but still, over 20 and a statue, nothing. i donated a painting today one of the villagers pinged me and gave me, but i dont have it. i dont know if i have to wait a day after donating the painting, but the statue has been there a few days and i still dont have it. can anyone help please?
It's 14 days before you get the 2nd floor museum after the town permit is 100%.
In my spare town I had a complete fish, some bugs, some art and some fossils. After I made it a casual town and unlocked the town permit it took about 14 days. It does say that you need to talk to him everyday until it gets unlocked.
For the Cafe you don't need to talk to him each day.
Oh ok! i didnt know that part. i have not even gotten the cafe and honestly dont know how it unlocks but i have been looking for the museum upgrade but it has not been 2 weeks yet. thanks for the info!!
