I had this with Scoot. I was looking for him since the release of this game. I have a new town since a few weeks, and he was there from the beginning. I was so happy to see him, but when I looked at him I didn't like him that much anymore. I always talked to him, but he wasn't a dreamie anymore. More a justt wanted villager. He's gone now, I'm not missing him. I had this with Dora too, I thought that it was inpossible to get her. When I had 8 villagers, she moved in randomly. I wasn't that. Happy to see her, she moved away too. But I love Bluebear, Peanut, Molly, and I don't know if I'll keep Curly but I'll never let the others go. c:
