It was my birthday on Thursday and I did not get a message or Bells... Some people are getting birthday Bells and some people are not... I don't like this because it is unfair to some people and fair to others...

If it's a matter of setting your birthday on your profile, I feel like there could be potential for cheating. (i.e setting your birthday to a different day repeatedly)
