No balloons.

My THIRD week playing AC. Only 2 balloons ever. Before I had a slingshot. What the hell?

Keep looking in the sky because sometimes you can't hear the balloons until you look up.

Like I said, you won't see them if you dont look up.
Also, sometimes you will see your animals look up in the sky stood still, if you see that there is one around.

the same thing happend to me @_@ i saw millions of balloons when i didnt have a slingshot now i barly see them
