No animals are appearing at my campsite?

Hey everyone, a few days ago I asked how frequently do animals appear at the campsite. Many of the replies that I have received stated that campers appear randomly. However, I am a time traveler and I have not been seeing campers at my town in a long while. Note that I only time travel to the next day, never weeks, months, or years. Have any of you time travelers experienced the same thing? Does anyone know how to fix this? Or should I continue to wait it out? I also only have 9 villagers in my town. I know that there is room for another villager. Thanks in advance!

I'm pretty sure it's totally random how frequently you get campers. I've only had two since mid June :\

Thank you! I thought that I was doing something wrong, but apparently that's how it is supposed to be. It just seemed as if other users had campers more frequently than I did. I thought that it was because I was a time traveler but I guess not. I will continue to wait it out!

i time traveled for a bit and for some reason i had a lot of campers. i stopped though so yeah. usually when i dont tt i get one every 2 or 3 weeks.

its probably random but i think you'll at least get 1 every month or two

I think you have a chance to get one a week on a random day, just as likely as it's possible to get none.

During this drought of not having a camper- are your town's at full villager occupancy?

Every day there's a chance that a camper will appear, it?s kinda like being in a lottery if you?re lucky you get one, if not you won?t, it should in theory be possible that you will never get a camper, if you keep "losing" (that?s just speculation based on already known mechanics though).

I tend to have 2 people camp a week on average. Sometimes more, sometimes less. It truly is random though. You could have them everyday for 2-3 days in a row, and then nobody for a week.

I once went through 2 weeks without a camper, but now I'm getting 1-2 average.

I've had the game for over a month, and I think I've only ever had one camper. Even in the past two weeks when I haven't had ten villagers in my town.
