Selling NMT for bells (I reset my island and now I need cash..)

So yes, I did reset my island but I saved up the 40k miles from my old town and just got them back from my friend who helped me.
But now I need to terraform the entire island and I need some money.

I have 20 nook miles tickets and I'll sell them for 200k each!
