Nintendo Power 3 for free subscription

So I subscriebed to this somewhere in Decemeber and I checked the site about my subscription and it says that the March one is coming 2/15/07 but I havn't got my Febuary one yet so should I expect it in the mail tomorrow since it's Martin Luther King Jr. Day today?
