Nightmare Before Christmas theme town?

Does anyone have any NBC theme towns that they know a dream address of? I did a few searches but only found ones from before the update. I would love to make my own, but the town I have now doesn't fit the theme and I am not sure I have the time to really invest in a second town haha.

I've never seen a town like this but you COULD do a theme I've seen recently where you divide your town based on the river. You keep your town in winter and one side you have the pine trees that get christmas lights, a face-cutout standee for Santa Claus, and decorate the tiles as presents. Your pwps could be happier and more fairy tale theme.

Then, on the other side, you have the creepy barren fruit trees, creepy pwps like the archway sculpture, and a face-cutout standee for jack/ oogy boogie.

Just a thought.
