Night Owl vs. Early Bird Hour Differences

Does anyone know what the different shop hours are for Early Bird and Night Owl Ordinances?

Also, do the vendors on Harv's island have hours and are they affected by ordinances?

All I can offer are the normal (no ordinance) shop hours for Nook's Cranny and the Able Sister's.

Nook's is normally: 8am - 10pm
Able's is normally: 9am - 9pm

Night Owl only seems to make things close an hour later.

Nook's Cranny, for me, is open 8AM - 11PM.
And I believe Able Sister's was open 9AM - 10PM.
