-Tier 1 & 2 villagers are on a first come first serve basis, and I will wait for them to be picked up if they are reserved.
-Do not wander or pick things up in my town, if you do I will not let you claim your villager!
-If you are picking up a villager that must be paid for, please pay me first!
-I am willing to reasonably trade villagers, but I will not trade a highly wanted villager for a mid-tier villager.
-When trading villagers, it doesn't matter to me if you get your villager first or if I get mine first, whatever you prefer! :3
-Please tell me if you think my prices are too high, I'm a bit new to all this.
-I am willing to haggle on prices or accept items that I want along with bells, but I will not take solely items unless its something expensive/hard to find and I really want it. Please don't try to get my prices lower than need be unless they're unfair, like if I was asking 3 million bells for Marshal and you tried to give me 300k.
-You may lurk for villagers I don't yet have, and I will notify you if I get them!
-If a villager is in boxes and they are reserved, I will not void them unless the date rolls over naturally. I do, however, expect them to be claimed in a timely manner.
-If you say that you are looking for someone or take someone off autovoid, I will automatically reserve them for you, so don't worry if you forget to ask!
-Tell me your favourite hybrid colour so I know that you read these rules.
