NH Raffles vs Giveaways

Hello!

I'm new to Bell Tree and have read over the rules, but there's something I'm curious about regarding the New Horizons buying/selling/giveaway subforum. I imagine giveaways are allowed, but are raffles that cost bells for multiple entries (one entry automatically being for free) allowed? I was unable to find anything in the rules about this so I want to double check.
