Yes. Dig-a-thon. I made a thing.
So, on New Year Eve, I will be letting 5 groups of 3 people into my town, with a possible last minute 6th group depending on how much is left.
RULES -
I will wait 1 minute for all the people to show up, in which you HAVE TO WAIT AT THE TRAIN STATION. You can not start digging until I say go. When I say go, you can go around and dig up whatever you want for FIVE MINUTES. You will get warnings every minute, but at 5 minutes, I will just be kicking you all out. Whatever items you dug up, you keep. If you dropped an item, you don't get it back. I will not allowed extra time for anyone, no matter the reason, so be prepared when you come.
All of my hybrids will be in storage, so feel free to run! In fact, I dare you >3
You can not empty your inventory into storage. I'm letting you fill your intire inventory with items, I think that's fairly generous. You can always keeps digging when it's full, and pick the items you like better. Plus, it helps fill your catalog :3
You get to sign up for your shift. If you do not show up within that one minute, you get start late. That's not my fault. You can still enter, but you won't get the full five minutes.
If I have a lot of items left over, I will allow a last-minute 6th shift. I will post here allowing 3 more people to sign up. First come, first serve.

Giveaway items include but are not limited to - Clothing, Streetpass, Gyroids, Unorderables *gasp*, Gracie items (only a few), orderable furniture, and MORE.
