Im thinking about starting a new town should I? and if i do is there anyone trustworthy i can keep my money with?

no my town is a complete desert, horrible shop places, and i dont like my neighbots

I kind of want to restart it, My town is fine. xD
But I just don't like the river placement of it. Apart from that I like my town.
