New Town Name Help!

I'm thinking about making a new town and I can't figure out a good name. If you'd like, please drop a few ideas! It's going to be based off a horror theme, and I'd love something ending in Ave (avenue) or St (street).

I think pinwheel sounds really cool as a town name, regardless of the theme. in terms of the horror theme you're going for, i really like elm st!

I would recommend Amityville as a town name but it's past the eight character limit. I agree with Elm St being a good one! Maybe base it off of your favorite horror movie? I like The Ring or something killers use in movie like a Chainsaw but I'm not sure if that's what you want.

I like Abandon. It just sounds hopeless and creepy to me.

I really like Abandon but that might be because I'm french, lol
For my own haunted/creepy town I used different translators and tried translating certain words into a lot of languages to find something I liked (words like ghosts, haunted, etc). I found a lot of cool names.

Broken sounds creepy and it can be taken is many different ways.

DeadRose, Death St, and Pinwheel all got my attention and I think they're good names. Also, Mirkwood, and Deadwood are two good names I'd choose between too for a horror themed town.

what about Maple Street? there's this creepy twilight zone story called the monsters are due on maple street, and i think it'd be cool to have a haunted acnl town named after it.

I like pinwheel the best, it isn't a obviously horror themed name, but I think that's what makes it good (I voted broken but I actually like pinwheel better, oops) It has a nice sound to it too

idk i really like pinwheel, it's lowkey scary and I think that sounds more effective than just putting a blatant adjective to do with horror
