New to villager trading! Tips?

So I've decided to get into the villager trading business since it makes me upset thinking about my villagers getting voided. Any tips for a newbie would be appreciated!

My town is filled with a lot of... Bottom of the barrel villagers, and I don't have a cycling town or anything since I only own one copy of the game, but I'll take any tips you guys can give me. :3

First, you're gonna need to stock up on bells.
Second, get those villagers out, give em away.
