I am just learning about the magic of collectibles this Christmas on BTF! I am so intrigued and excited by them.. haha. especially the star fragments and wands 🥺🥰 curious if anyone has any hints to those being restocked in the future or if it was a one time thing for an event that went on? is the only way I could acquire one of these to trade with someone that has one? what are the dates and times people discuss? when the collectible was sent or purchased? I have so many questions.. haha. curious and curiouser. if anyone wants to chat collectibles, holler at me! I want to learn more!! and if anyone has any extra star fragments or wands ...also holler at me. pleeeease.

Happy Holidays, friends! ✨✨✨
🌟 thanks for reading this 🌟

Hey there! First off, welcome to the rabbit hole that is collectibles! haha. Here are some answers to your questions:

Restocks for wands most likely won't ever happen (at least my guess). The star fragments were introduced during the fair this year... and they possibly may return at a later date for another fair (although anyone's guess on this).

Your best bet to get them would be to buy / trade for them. Although the wands are super expensive, so best bet would be to start with the fragments. :)

The dates/times are when the collectibles were purchased. The dates/times are how you arrange your lineup as well. For instance, the oldest collectible you have will be on the bottom right row. Your newest collectible (date/time wise) will be on the top left, going to the right on the top row, then starting on the bottom left of the bottom row. Basically this is how people can customize their lineups (but it is also limited to the release dates/purchase dates of collectibles)

There is an awesome collectibles discord that you can join as well. Easily searchable in the search to find the link to join. Super nice community there with tons of incredible people. :) Also a lot of the times collectibles will be for sale there that aren't listed on the forums.

I'd suggest checking out the collectible tier list thread and looking at price ranges and which collectibles you'd like to own. That way you can kinda put a goal list together and start from there. Best of luck!

The Star Fragments and the Glow Wands were both part of past TBT Fairs, which only happen every so often. The collectibles from events aren't re-released in most cases, with a few exceptions. If you missed out on an event collectible, you'll probably have to buy it from other members. The ones you mentioned are very expensive due to popularity, especially the Glow Wands. Collectible dates are based on when they were purchased by the buyer, and remain the same even if the collectible is gifted.

1. No. The wands and fragments were one time things for an event in 2016 and 2020 respectively.
2. Yes, but be warned you’ll have to save up big time. Star Fragments aren’t too hard to get your hands on since they just released this year. Red/Yellow/Green/Blue ones are worth around 2000 TBT each. The pink, purple, and white ones are worth a bit more but still shouldn’t be too hard to obtain. The Star wands, on the other hand, are near impossible to obtain. On rare occasion there might be a flower wand going for around 10K TBT, but that’s about it. Usually even the other most sought after collectibles aren’t enough to trade for a heart or ESPECIALLY a star wand. Good luck getting one. You’ll need to save up big time.
3. Basically dates are important because they determine what order your collectibles go in. Newest goes first, oldest goes last.

That’s all, really.

What is this collectibles discord you speak of? 🤔 I would love to join.

I have so much to learn!!! haha. thank you all for responding. this truly is a rabbit hole. 🤣✨🐰 I am excited to engage about it though and learn more, so I truly appreciate anyone that gives this conversation the time of day. I figure one day I’ll understand it all a bit better! the gift giving and advent calendar were so much fun - now I am just over here eager for the next event.

also.. SAME. 👏🏻

Is there any way to arrange the collectibles the way you want instead only by the time you purchased them? I would love to arrange mine in a certain way, how I see others have really cool arrangements.

This is where the magic of date trading comes in! They get ordered by the earliest on the bottom right and the newest on the top left. It is sometimes a chore, sometimes impossible, but always magical when you are able to make it work!

Thanks for the info. Oof 😓 this is going to be difficult then. That’s a little upsetting you can’t arrange them differently. Lol I’ll probably never have mine arranged very cool.

Unless, could you gift collectibles to someone and then have them gift them back in the order you like?

You'll get there! Mine weren't in any order when I first started collecting them. Just start playing around with them. :) unfortunately, gifting them back doesn't work, as they'll still auto-sort in date order from their original purchase date.
