Buying New Signature!

So I want a new Smash Bros related signature, and I've come up with a design. I just suck at drawing, and more so on computers, so I need someone to help me.

Spoiler: The outline

Basically I want Lucas and Toon Link playing cards against each other and one the other side, have Wii Fit Trainer and Zelda doing the warrior pose. (I'm so weird I know.)
Looking for an animated art style, lots of color is good.

I'm willing to pay around 1,000 TBT for the entire signature, but I may go higher.
