New sig restrictions at NSider

I'm gonna have to get used to the even longer sigs now.

yeah...they were. i just became a koopa like a month ago and i know it was 480 then.

Last years summer it was 550X50

But then a lot of koopa's started abusing the rank powers and they
lowered it to 488X48. They also did that limit for dial up users.

But yeah, its good to have more space for sigs.
