Yeah I don't know about the new Bushes. I tried it on both hemispheres on my islands and they didn't seem to bloom. I assume it maybe Summer that they bloom. As far as the glowing moss I think they may count as weeds because I went back to the Home Resort and I saw a few new glowing moss growing there but there wasn't as much of it, when I took them the last time. So I guess they work like weeds.
Well good thing I have my 2nd island in the Southern Hemisphere so I can take advantage of these bushes.

Its not a worry you can always get them when you go on Kapp'n Tours thats assuming if you have good RNG to go to that island that has all the vines and mosses.
