New Personalities New Species

Does anyone wish there were more personalities?
I wish there was a shy personalty or a cool personality. Maybe a glum personality like Eeyore would be cool. I also wish we got bats. (and Donkeys! )

I wish there were more than just eight so you could have ten villagers and each be a different personality.

Yeah, ten personality types would be perfect - that way those who care about having one of each could do so without missing out on any reactions as we would if there were more than ten types, and those who don't care could carry on as they are!

I'd quite like a scholarly type who would teach you things about the island / or whatever Nintendo wanted to add in, really. That might step on Blathers' um...talons a bit, though?

I always think a Brainy and Artsy personality would work.

Brainy for male villagers, since there is a bunch of doctor, glasses wearing, scholarly villagers that would suit it. I narrowed it down to them being like a comical Sheldon.

Artsy would be kind a more nature inclined, art knowing etc version of Normal/Snooty combined.


As for new species; I'm in the mindset of villager species that aren't the same as special NPC species, since besides Rover/Blanca, all NPCs have different models even if they are a similar species.

So I'd be interested in Armadillos, Bats, Weasels, a stereotypical lizard/salamander species.

I would take a new villager over Blathers any day. I like Blathers though, really, I just wish he would cut to the chase sometimes. But he wouldn’t be blathers if he did. :/

new species and personalities would be great but i’d also love for nintendo to add new villagers to the uchi and smug personalities, as they’re definitely lacking compared to the older personalities ;w;

Love the idea of glum and brainy villagers. Pascal makes me wish otter villagers were a thing. They’re so cute!

More personality types would be awesome! And even better, I would love it if personalities weren't genderlocked
