New NookPhone app in April Update?

Did anyone else notice the new NookPhone app in the April Update video that was posted? (In the middle)

Looks like a way to access the catalog from your NookPhone to me. Anyone else notice it/have any idea what it could be?

You get that app when you’ve made a certain number of catalog purchases. It lets your order from your phone instead of at the machine.

It's not new, you get it from ordering 100 items through the nook shop, I had it week 3.

That was there before, once you order a certain number of items from the NookStop in the Town Hall you can get the app on your phone and shop from there instead. The 5 item limit still applies though
