Lol, Nope. I once had 13 million bells after selling 2 villagers and I spent it all in 2 weeks IN GAME. - Not even buying things on the forums! xD
I used to save ridiculous amounts on past AC games, but on this one I literally spend everything on town improvements somehow. - And I don't even know how cause I still haven't paid my final debt and I've ignored the extra human characters and I've had the game over a year. S:

I spend all my money on upgrades, PWPs, and buying stuff for the sake of cataloging so I don't usually have much money laying around~

Not really. My character is never broke but I never have more than a couple 100 thousand at the best of times and it never lasts long. On average I usually have somewhere between 3,000 to 80,000 on me at a time (that's including my amount in the atm thing too). I just make money as I go and usually only collect lots for upgrading houses that's really it.

I think the rich members are the players with lots of rare items and finished sets. Anyone can make bells.

My catalog is more than 80% full so I consider myself rich. I have lot's of gold roses, a crown, and every Gracie series ever. I even maxed out my bank so idk I'm just too lazy WHAT AM I SAYING IDK SORRY

i have ~11M bells in the bank, and only 2 more upgrades until my house is 100% completed along with finishing multiple PWPS (though not enough for a perfect town as a result of waiting for the good suggestions).

not rich, but am proud. i haven't sold anything on the forums, just good, old fashioned playing-the-game-too-much and selling bugs.

I'm not super bell rich, I have a few million in my two towns. I used to have a lot/was making a lot through turnips and perfect cherries but now I've upgraded everything and got some pwps I'm more lazy about making bells. So it's nice to know I have enough to do stuff, though at some point I'll go back to turnips/perfect fruit to get the badges associated with turnips/money/spending.

I have around 20 million bells, and I think that's more than enough. Although I still have never gathered 100 million in the bank to get a badge, I don't mind giving some bells away. I don't need to extend my house anymore, I don't have a lot of pwp to build... So yeah, I consider myself wealthy.

I used to have around 40 million, but then I bought Fauna off someone and a piece of art.
Now i have like 29 million around.

I might do turnips again, but im not sure.

I voted the second option. I have the catalog at 100% complete and plenty of rare goodies, and 51 million in the bank all thanks to wifi trading/turnips/perfect fruit/the island. All my houses and pwps are paid off, so I'm slowly saving to get 100 million for the gold savers badge. But I'm really lazy about buying/selling turnips nowadays so it'll take a while

Turnips is the best way to go on racking in Bells. I make around 9-13 million each week if I sell successfully with a full locker of turnips. I was way too lazy to even use the Turnip/Stalk market before this :d

I got all of my bell saving badges and had over 1 billion bells at one point and I spent a lot of it on really nice sets like Sloppy and 7/11 and I still have 60 million left over. Time to get dreamies and then go bug hunting.
