It's not a new Item, you can get it through DLC, but it's not new. So please stop this fiasco.

"chocolate heart": Though similar in appearance to the item named "chocolate heart" already on the game's disc that is distributed by Tortimer on Valentine's Day, this is apparently a different item altogether. If so, the localised item name is currently unknown.
