New Idea for a Grand Galloping Gala Town

I was inspired by this statement:

Discord brings the Smooze to the Grand Galloping Gala. Let's see what happens.

The name: The Gala
Mayor: Larson
Residents: Soleil (Celestia), Lolly (Fluttershy), Ava (Applejack), Friga (Rarity), Charlise (Rainbow Dash), Rosie (Pinkie Pie), Maple (Twilight Sparkle), Gala (it's in the name), 2 others
Other characters: Discord, Smooze
The plot: Discord has brought the Smooze to the Gala!! How can the two be stopped!?
Other: The Galagoers will wear their Gala dresses. The Smooze character will have green messy hair, green eyes, and a green outfit, with a tiny top hat. Discord will have a random mismatched outfit to represent his in-show representation.
