You get TBT Bells by posting, however, some sections won't give you points! I'm still not sure which since I just joined.
You can also sell stuff in the TBT Marketplace for TBT, like in game bells/items/art. Art like signatures is sometimes in TBT Market Place. Other forms of art, from what I've notice, are sold in the Museum section!
