ok, i dont know how many people figured this out before me, but i haven't heard anyone say anything...

if you are using your stylus, you can tap a neighboor from a distance, to "Wave" to them, they'll wave back, then you can fun up and chat.

yeah, i thought it was pretty cool. >_>
