New Character Collectible Designs Not Showing Up

The new character collectible designs show up on my laptop but not my phone. Right now I only see the old design. I tried closing the window and re-opening, but it didn't work. Is there any way to fix this?

If you're on mobile, refreshing twice should fix the issue.
