You should teach it hyper beam at level 9001...

It's born at level 9001(and stays there), and it can only learn Death Beam, Super Splash, Explosion, and MegaFlail. Super Splash is as powerful as Magnitude (9001). It is the only Pokemon that can use Explosion and doesn't faint. MegaFlail makes the opponent faint, and cannot be revived within the next 24 hours.
