Hi i just started my account and want to know what all the terms and "reservation fees" are for adopting villagers so i can have a great time on these fourms 
New and want to learn all the slang!

Reservation fees are usually a bell amount you pay the cycler to hold a certain villager for you.
Let's say I had a cycling thread and in my town I had Stitches, but he isn't moving yet. You reeeaallllyyy want Stitches and have had such a hard time finding him, so you want to reserve him. Then you tell me you want to reserve him, and I tell you that there's a reservation fee! You pay that fee and when Stitches is ready to move, I contact you about it instead of selling him or giving him away.
People usually ask for these fees to be paid in "tbt" or "btb" which is the currency here on there forums. If you look under your profile name and Join Date where it says "bells:" that is your amount of tbt/btb.
