Nope; the bundle OP linked to and the bundle on GameStop's site are completely different. GameStop's selling the New Nintendo 3DS bundle which NoA finally decided to bring over.

@OP: That bundle has been announced pretty while ago, it's weird how NoA confirms the New Nintendo 3DS bundle and not the XL bundle.

Well, at least the regular New 3DS is available in the United States now.

That bundle came out a month ago with the game. If you buy it, you can only play Japanese games on it, though.
