Never Recieved Lottie's Car

So, after a few days of playing I was watching an online video and noticed the player got Lottie's car as an option after building her house. But I never did. She didn't even appear in my client book until I was able to get her amiibo card and "redo" her house a second time. However the amiibo card did not give me access to the car either.

I think there was a major glitch. Has this happened to anybody else?
I don't want to restart my game with countless hours on it, but I am kinda bummed that this screwed up on my game.

Hi . Could you perhaps provide a link to the video? There's a car that you get for enabling the option to submit online information to the game developers; maybe that's what you're talking about? I never got a car after building Lottie's house and I haven't seen anyone else having one either.

-edit- just figured out how you get the other car you're on about!

Maybe they enabled it before doing her house? So when they decorated her being a new item it would show? All I can think of ><

I got my car sometime after I already had started playing my game, so, there's no expiration date for this offer that I know of. I hope that helps

the car is just so you can revisit villagers. you dont actaully use it . if that helps idk

Not the one that you get for submitting information; it's in your catalog to be used to decorate the houses.
