Net glitch tips?

I've only been able to do it twice, on the same day, but I haven't been able to do it since. I know it's silly but it's kinda frustrating me. I'm doing everything the same as when it was successful but I just can't manage it again.

Any one have any tips or tricks to always get it to work?

Are you talking about the one where you glitch up onto the train tracks? If so, I haven't been able to do it either.

There is one that you can get into the water on the island without a wetsuit. Someone had a net and got into the water. Still haven't figured it out.
It's hard to get back out.

Also the one where you catch insects on trees without hitting the tree...but that is more of an oversight than a glitch.

Barely move the analog stick/hold a, you want to go super slow. Also, if it won't work, I like to get my fishing rod or any other tool and use that. For example, dig a few holes, shoot sling shot, etc.
