Buying Neopoints?

Okay, I'm probably not doing this right. I'd like to buy neopoints (yes, on neopets) in exchange for tbt or in-game bells. So uh yeah, if you have an old neopets account here is a way to get tbt/bells out of it. I realize I don't have that many tbt at the moment, I'll trade some bells for tbt if/when I have a trade lined up for this. Not sure what the rate is, but I was thinking something along the lines of 1,000,000/100tbt? Or make an offer, really. Thanks~
