Neo Mercury's New Villager!

[Ami Mercury]

Since it seems that Mira decided to not show up anymore ( At least she moved in to St. Canard ), and nobody is moving in from streetpass either. I need help selecting a new villager for Neo Mercury! Current residents are: Hopper, Hans, Drago, Clay, Rory, Marina, Ankha, Bam, and Phoebe.

I have narrowed it down to:
Chester
Lucky
Tammi (Have someone hold her when she moves from St. Canard, then when she moves from there, move her to Neo Mercury)
Kabuki
Merengue (Since she CONSTANTLY shows up in the campsite, and then keep Tammi as a permanent resident of St. Canard)
Hippeux
Cesar
Ken
Shari (And not get her in St. Canard)

Just as a note: I MIGHT NOT GO WITH THE WINNER!

I picked Lucky because I thought he could be like... a... pair?? with Ankha, with him being a mummy and her looking like a Egyptian queen and all

Merengue, because you're keeping Tammi. This is one of the easier options to, since you already have Tammi in your main town and if your correct, it shouldn't be hard for you to campsite reset for Merengue.

St. Canard is my side town. That is where Tammi the Ring Tail Lemur is! (I only said I might be keeping her for a while, but so far I have really liked her!)

Merengue will be moving into Neo Mercury the very next time I see her in the campsite. (Shouldn't take long to get from Campsite, because she is CONSTANTLY here) That also means....Tammi the Ring Tailed Lemur will probably get to be a permanent resident of St. Canard!

....Well......this a awkward.....I just found Merengue in St. Canard....I think I might just take her there and take someone else in Neo Mercury......So please continue to vote, and leave a reason why I should go with that one in the comments.
