This is something I wanted to try for a while =3 So I took a shot at it with paint! Took me I think 15/10 minutes >w<

He's so my favorite neighbor xD

Sorry to say it, but that doesn't really look like Bill. The Mott one is great though. I think you should use a better program than paint to make those.
