Need Town Help!

Heya, it's been a LONG time, huh?

I could use some help with my town. I want to get it to 'perfect' status, and I have no idea how to! Could someone please help me?

You have to have 12-15 trees per acre (I think), and I can't remember the number of flowers you have to have. Oh and you can't have any weeds. I think you have to keep it that way for a certain amount of days, but I might just be thinking of City Folk.

There are lots of videos on youtube which are helpful. Each acre needs to be 16x16. Mark each acre out using patterns. I think you should be able to fit in 8. Pick all weeds and pick up everything on the ground. Then, plant a few flowers in each acre along with the 12-15 trees. However, if Pelly or Phylis say you need more of either then add more in.
