Need to sell some perfect pears! (Also looking for Sweets Roof/Mailbox)

I need to visit a non pear native town so I can sell my small collection of perfect pears. I am not sure what the proper etiquette is regarding selling them as I have never done so before (read: I have no idea if people tip or not) but I can give you some too if you like.

And yes, if you have the Sweets Roof or Mailbox, please let me visit your Nook's!
