I'm looking for a game that's like Animal Crossing and Star Wars Galaxies and Fallout 4 with very little combat?

I know it does not exist anywhere in the world or the deepest darkest corner of the internet?

I like to decorate and explore the world along with character customization?

Hmmmmm.. maybe uh, Rune Factory?

Garry's Mod is this, in theory. Optional combat, first-person, multiplayer, highly customisable.

Dragon Age Inquistion is a great game with open maps, lots of side-quests (along with an amazing plot), very in depth character creation, and the combat is basically just holding down the right trigger and occasionally pressing a or b or something lol. You can romance characters too!

Basically all the Dragon Age games are great, but that one is the newest and my favorite.

Probably not totally what you were looking for, but just a suggestion!
