I have the Beautiful Town ordinance so I never get to find these bugs. Anyone have some rotten turnips and a few ants/flies I can snag? Much appreciated!
If you are on the current date, drop a piece of candy on the ground. I have Beautiful Town and have a piece of candy in front of my mayor's house and get the ants constantly. Good luck!

Lol! You're right! I DO need a fly...ugh...I hope that doesn't mean I can't rot a turnip... I'll have to try that. If I can get one and it rots, I'll let you know.
Oh, wait, if ants go to candy, have you tried to drop a rotten fruit? Like the rotten one you get when you get a perfect fruit from a tree and it dies? I'll bet flies will come! Oh, I need to try that!
You can get flies if you buy turnips. Tine travel so they go rotten then flies can appear. They are kind of hard to see though but you can hear them. Hope this helps you!
