Need opinions!

I just started my town ALL over. I found a good map with a private beach, only 2 ponds, a private place to set my house, & all my residents homes are on one side of the river. Town fruit is Pear, and my residents are as lucky as ive ever gotten. They are: Melba, Ankha, Lobo, Bunnie, & Bud.
Do I keep this town? Ive always tried to work around flaws in maps but I want an easy to work with map. Honest opinion?
