They do, I'm actually staring at it right now. They were published by nintendo and have the little seal on the back so they come with a code. Or at least this one does. ^^

Yes I did actually. Once I thought my SSB4 didn't have a code; I found that out. That they're behind the sleeve. So I went back to check and there was nothing!
