Buying Need new town flag

I need a new town flag and I'm no good at art. I'm looking for someone to design my own flag. I have a lot of pet snakes and would hope to have my biggest guy as my flag. I can't upload a pic of him so below is a link for another pic that looks just like him.

I can pay with in game bells, or I have lots of hybrid flowers (almost any kind), including lots of golden roses. Let me know if your interested.
